We understand that individuals seeking to study further need flexible learning options to be able to progress at their own pace and in their own time. Our self-paced online training is designed just for you! Access your selected online course 24-7 and study when it suits you. Our user-friendly eLearning portal allows you to download your course manuals and progress through the online content. We have a dedicated online support team on call to assist you, as well as the option of access to expert coaching as you need it.
Our modern online portal is designed with individual users in mind. Each course comes equipped with interactive lessons, voice-over narrations, instructor-led videos, downloadable eBooked For short courses, you will receive your certificate of completion once you work through all your online materials and complete the end-of-course quiz online. For our longer certification courses, there are two options for final certification, depending on your choice of final project.
For individuals who wish to complete one of our standard case study projects, we offer the ‘Standard Certification’ (Level 3). This includes an in-depth case study/simulated project, that has been designed to assist you in learning how to apply the theory as you progress through your training. For individuals who are able to complete an actual business impact project, we offer our ‘Advanced Certification’ (Level 4). This option gives you the opportunity to apply your knowledge to a real-world problem-solving project within your organisation. This includes five telephonic/ Zoom/ MS Teams coaching sessions with one of our Master Black Belts to help you select and scope a suitable project, and to coach you through each phase to final review.
With our popular Lean Six Sigma courses we offer a standard case study, which has been designed to assist you in learning to apply the theory as you progress through your training. You have a choice between two simulations: Bubblesim or Prosim. We recommend the Bubblesim simulation if you want to apply learnings to a manufacturing process, or the Prosim simulation if you want to apply learnings to a transactional/service process.
There are no registration dates for our self-paced online training, as we understand the importance of studying while working. Your start date can be accessed at your convenience and have a comprehensive amount of time to complete your course.
Our learnership programmes can only be run in-house with the employer company as our client. As such, we cannot offer learnership training to individuals. However, we do have other options for you – we recommend you consider boosting your CV by taking one or more of our short Business Skills programmes, such as Business Writing, Time Management or Negotiation Skills. This will put you ahead of the pack with future employers.
Our support team is here to help you with any questions you may have with regards to your programme, logging in, course access, and any technical queries through email, telephone or WhatsApp. For your convenience, we offer extended support office hours telephonically on weekdays from 8am-8pm and weekends from 9am-5pm.We also offer ‘pay-as-you-go’ coaching sessions with one of our Master Black Belts should you wish to tap into their expertise while studying one of our flagship courses.
