Complete all course content and pass each phase of the online exam with a minimum of 80%. |

Complete all course content, pass all online quizzes, pass each phase of the online exams with a minimum of 80% and complete a simulated project. |

3. Advanced Certification (Level 4):
Complete all course content, pass all assignments, pass each phase of the online exam with 80%, and complete one workplace improvement project. This option is best suited for people whose roles include (or will include) responsibility for leading complex workplace projects. |
