Complete all course content, pass all online quizzes, pass each phase of the online exams with a minimum of 80% and complete a simulated project. |
What’s included in the Case Study/Simulated Project?
- For Standard Certification (Level 3), your training includes a case study, which has been designed to assist you in learning how to apply the theory as you progress through your training. The project, a case study-style assignment, allows you to apply the Change methodology and tools to a complex business problem. Standard certification confirms that you have completed your course material, passed your exams, and submitted and passed the final review of your simulated project.
