Technical Requirements (Computer or Mobile phone)

  • A computer with Microsoft Windows operating system (98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, or Windows 8) or Mac OS X (10.14 Leopard or higher)

  • A high speed internet connection and a web browser (Firefox or chrome are highly recommended as there are incompatibility issues with Internet Explorer)

Exam & Certification

About Emotional Intelligence Exam & Certification

Basic Certification (Level 2):

Complete all course content and pass each phase of the online exam with a minimum of 80%.

 

About the exam

  • You are required to pass an online multiple-choice exam. The exam compromises of 1 exam.
  • The exam is a timed, open-book exam.
