These modules are bite-size tools from our full Lean FOCUS course to help you solve business problems. You will have access to voice over narrations that guide you through the training material with eBooks to download and templates.
5S is a step-by-step tool used in Lean and Continuous Improvement to eliminate all waste that is caused by the way your workplace is organised. The FOCUS methodology: FOCUS, OBSERVE, CREATE, UTILISE AND SUSTAIN was developed as a structured approach to Lean thinking and Lean tools application.

About 5S Exam & Certification
Basic Certification (Level 2): complete all course content and pass the online exam with a minimum of 80%.
About the exam
- You are required to pass an online multiple-choice exam. The exam compromises of 1 exam to measure comprehension of the body of knowledge.
- The exam is a timed, open-book exam.
