By enrolling in Training Leadership Consulting’s (TLC) eLearning programme, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions related to access and use.
Course Access and Completion
- Enrolment grants learners access to the course material for the specified duration as outlined in the course details.
- Extensions of up to 3 months may be granted at an additional fee. Extension requests must be submitted prior to the expiry of the enrolment period.
Learner Responsibilities
- Learners must ensure they have the necessary technology and internet access to complete the course online.
- All coursework, assessments, and submissions must be the learner’s own work. Any form of plagiarism or academic misconduct may result in removal from the course without refund.
- Learners are responsible for completing all required coursework, assessments, and project submissions within the given timeframe.
Examinations and Assessments
- Learners must achieve a minimum score of 80% on all required examinations and meet all assessment requirements to be eligible for certification.
- If learners do not meet the passing criteria they will need to retake or resubmit within the enrolment period which may be subject to a fee. If the enrolment period expires before completion please refer to course access and completion terms.
Pricing and Additional Services
- The course fee covers access to the self-paced eLearning programme only.
- Classroom training, coaching, and consulting services are not included and can be quoted separately upon request.
- For courses requiring third-party software licenses (e.g., SigmaXL), learners are responsible for obtaining and managing those licenses. For the SigmaXL License Support Policy, please refer to: https://www.sigmaxl.com/Support_Policy.shtml
Refund and Exchange Policy
- Course fees are non-refundable once the course has been accessed
- Cancellations are permitted within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the course has not yet been accessed. An administrative fee will apply.
- Learners may apply to exchange the purchase for another course, subject to a change fee depending on course selection. This only applies if learners have not yet accessed the course material.
- Transfers to another learner may be considered upon request, subject to a change fee
Confidentiality and Use of Materials
- All documents supplied by our clients are treated in the strictest confidence by all TLC employees and are securely backed up and protected.
- Learners agree not to distribute or share any course materials, templates, or documents with unauthorised individuals.
- Use of the material is strictly on a single-user basis only (as enrolled into the training). In case of any required authorisation, written authorisation must be obtained and approved by TLC.
Re-enrolment Policy
- Failure to complete the course within the specified timeframe or granted extension will result in the need for re-enrolment.
- Re-enrolment requires payment of the full course fee.
- No credit or partial refunds will be given for incomplete course completion.
Amendments
- TLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Any updates will be communicated to enrolled learners.
