- Payment must be made by Payfast, Credit Card or EFT into the TLC bank account, as per banking details provided.
- The self-paced online training (eLearning) price does not extend to classroom training, coaching, or consulting services. Should you wish to receive coaching, please request a separate quotation for this
- Participants will receive Standard Certification, the price advertised does not include Advanced Certification. This means that you are required to submit a simulated project that is included in your course material and not your own workplace project. Should you wish to complete your own workplace project (Advanced Certification) please contact us as there will be an additional fee.
- Standard timelines apply for access to eLearning programmes. Timeline starts from when access is granted.
- Fees paid are non-refundable. Learners may apply to exchange the purchase for another course which will be subject to a change fee.
