This course will help you develop the necessary people skills to improve both your verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Includes negotiation techniques, tips on making an impact, and advice on networking and starting conversations. You will learn how to:
- Recognise ways to improve the verbal skills of asking questions and communicating with power.
- Express yourself successfully when communicating with others in a non-verbal manner.
- Define what non-verbal communication is and how it can enhance interpersonal relationships.

Technical Requirements (Computer or Mobile phone)
