We have created short Lean modules to help you or your organisation to implement Lean in your workplace. These modules are bite-size tools from our full Lean FOCUS course to help you solve business problems. You will have access to voice over narrations that guide you through the training material with eBooks to download and templates.
This course will teach you how to apply Visual Management in the workplace step-by-step. The FOCUS methodology: FOCUS, OBSERVE, CREATE, UTILISE AND SUSTAIN was developed as a structured approach to Lean thinking and Lean tools application.
