Short Lean Module
We have created short Lean modules to help you or your organisation to implement Lean in your workplace. These modules are bite-size tools from our full Lean FOCUS course to help you solve business problems. You will have access to voice over narrations that guide you through the training material with eBooks to download and templates.
This course will teach you how to create a process map step-by-step. The FOCUS methodology: FOCUS, OBSERVE, CREATE, UTILISE AND SUSTAIN was developed as a structured approach to Lean thinking and Lean tools application.
Training Delivery Modes

Technical Requirements (Computer or Mobile phone)
• A computer with Microsoft Windows operating system (98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, or Windows 8) or Mac OS X (10.14 Leopard or higher)
• A computer with Microsoft Office 2000 or higher
• A high speed internet connection and a web browser (Firefox or chrome are highly recommended as there are incompatibility issues with Internet Explorer)
• Adobe Reader (free software)
About Process Mapping Exam & Certification
Basic Certification (Level 2): complete all course content and pass each phase of the online exam with a minimum of 80%.
About the exam
- You are required to pass an online multiple-choice exam. The exam compromises of 1 exam to measure comprehension of the body of knowledge.
- The exam is a timed, open-book exam.
