This course explains the A3 problem solving method and the 8 steps involved in creating an A3. Learn how to find the root causes of problems and fix them to create a sustainable solution. The FOCUS methodology: FOCUS, OBSERVE, CREATE, UTILISE AND SUSTAIN was developed as a structured approach to Lean thinking and Lean tools application.

About A3 Exam & Certification
Basic Certification (Level 2): complete all course content and pass each phase of the online exam with a minimum of 80%.
About the exam
- You are required to pass an online multiple-choice exam. The exam compromises of 1 exam to measure comprehension of the body of knowledge.
- The exam is a timed, open-book exam.
