Training Leadership Consulting (TLC) are currently a host company for 5 trainee Business Analysts through the Work Readiness Programme (WRP) facilitated by Rhodes Business School and funded by the Sector of Education and Training Authority for Finance, Accounting, Management Consulting and other Financial Services (FASSET) together with the Learning Alliance Consortium ( LAC). This programme was launched in 2012 and aims to provide crucial business skills for unemployed commerce, information systems or computer science graduates who aspire to become business analysts.

Rhodes Business School’s Sustainable Business Analysis forms an essential part of this WRP programme which is an NQF level 7 qualification. This programme involves six modules which will be taught simultaneously around South Africa including Johannesburg/ Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth/ Grahamstown.

The LAC, comprising Deloitte Consulting (PTY) ltd, Duja Consulting (Pty) and Sonke Skills Solutions (PTY) ltd assist Rhodes Business School in Host Employer placements and providing the learner support and administration for the workplace host companies.

This programme enables the transfer of critical skills, developing crucial competencies in the work environment, working as a team and gaining practical experience.

This is the first year that Training Leadership Consulting has joined this programme as a host Employer. The candidates joined the team in the beginning of May and will work on projects until August this year.
