21 August, 2012 – Training Leadership Consulting (TLC), South Africa announces OPEN ENROLMENT dates for its newly revised Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course. Week one of the course commences on the 15th October 2012 in Johannesburg. Since launching, there has been an overwhelming demand and seats are selling fast. The latest release of this highly popular Black Belt course includes updates to reflect the progressive challenges of today’s corporate landscape and the growing need for better process and data analysts. TLC recognizes that today’s companies require a new breed of Black Belt that is a convergence of a data scientist, process analyst and soft skills expert who can sense the human aspect of corporate challenges. The TLC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course which remains based on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse Improve, Control) methodology, has been updated to focus on the need for well trained Data Analysts, the growth of BIG Data, and the ever-increasing focus on the Customer.
Participants will learn the essentials around how to understand the needs of customers and how to collect, process and manage data in order to solve the companies most complex problems or help create the next new product or service. Additional revisions include concepts around customer journey mapping and the inside/out view of the customer value creation process. Starting by mapping the customer journey through your organization helps all corporate team members see the company from the customer’s perspective and understand the impact of their daily work on the customer value creation process.
