I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Follow the below steps:

 

  1. Go to the Login Page:

    • learning.tlc-global.com
  2. Find the ‘Forgot Password’ Link:

    • Look for a link or button labeled “Forgot Password?” or something similar. This is usually located near the password field.
  3. Click on the Link:

    • Click the “Forgot Password?” link. This will typically take you to a password recovery page.
  4. Enter Your Email or Username:

    • You will be prompted to enter either your email address or username associated with your account. Enter the required information and click search.
  5. Check Your Email:

    • Check your email inbox for a password reset email from the service. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
  6. Follow the Instructions in the Email:

    • Open the email and look for instructions and link to reset your password. Click the link.
  7. Create a New Password:

    • You will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password. Enter a new, secure password and confirm it.
  8. Save the Changes:

    • Save the changes to update your password. You should now be able to log in with your new password.

If you encounter any issues or do not receive the reset email, consider the following:

  • Ensure you entered the correct email address or username.
  • Wait a few minutes and try resending the password reset email.

My course access has expired, what is the next step?

We recommend accessing the course on your desktop. Alternatively, the portal is also compatible with tablets and mobile devices.

Which web browser should I use to access the eLearning Potral?

Your course access will work best using either Google Chrome or Firefox as a web browser.

How long do I have access to a course once enrolled?

The duration of access depends on the course you are enrolled in:

  • Black Belt: 12 months online access
  • Green Belt: 6 months online access
  • Yellow Belt: 3 months online access
  • Change Management: 3 months online access
  • Short Courses: 1 month online access

Yes, we offer a comprehensive eBook for you to download that includes all the course content.

TLC is a reseller of the SigmaXL. Please contact the SigmaXL license support team on how to transfer your current license onto your new computer.
